Writing about myself always seemed like a very hard thing to me. So I'll just post a little biography I've written last semester for a web design project ^.^
"Born on a sunny march day, she was a walking destruction for quite a while. She shamelessly chewed everything she could get her hands on, painted everywhere she could reach of, conducted inhumane experiments on her dolls, admired animals she came across and secretly brought them home (including frogs and their larvaes which she though were weird fishes).
Her family tried to channel her destructive energy towards more creative activities. They bought different hobby sets and her favorite was special glass paints which she could paint on all the glasses and jars their kitchen offered. Just before the glasses to paint were about to finish, she learnt reading and that was a milestone for her, and her family could finally be at peace.
She started reading whatever she could find, although she continued cutting and painting her dresses for the sake of fashion and making her own jewellery and badges from various materials. She started writing and drawing, too. Her passion of reading and writing continued till the university took all the fun out of it.
She was not interested in any real-life jobs and her family -like most others- did not wanted her to study arts, so she decided to study psychology with a vain hope of understanding human mind. She is still studying psychology at Boğaziçi University. Other than psychology courses, she is taking many art-related courses such as sculpture, art of animation, painting, creative writing, and so on.
Recently, she met the medium of her dreams and everything has changed! After requests and encouragement of her friends, family and love of her life, she started Kilpi Design on March, 2012. She is making her dreams come true ever since, by creating and sharing her creations with people all over the world.
She wants to focus more on sculpting in the future; especially on ooak (one of a kind) art dolls, fantasy sculptures, figurines and puppets. And pursue a life on arts, as much as she can."
